Dear Client,
I believe we have the possibility of healing ourselves and each other through discovery, awakening, and sometimes hard work. My best moments of growth have been with clients and participants. In my experience, the “hard work” [resistance] becomes fun, playful and inspiring as dreams are reached and relationships are healed. I became a coach because I had a great coach that changed my life. My Integrative Holistic Coaching curriculum was developed through 25 years in personal practice, service, and education.
In coaching, unconscious beliefs and patterns are revealed. Freedom is experienced through the release of guilt, shame, and fear. Our most challenging events can often encourage us to make the changes needed to move forward in our lives and become our best selves. Our deepest pain is our call to courage. My commitment to my clients is to help them realize their dreams. I will ask you to transform your life and realize your dreams.

| The Discovery session is a 90-minute in-depth interview to establish the appropriate Integrative Holistic approach for a new client. Coaching Sessions are offered in-office or by phone and are scheduled in mountain standard time. | $300 |
| Individuals | Individual Coaching Package |
| Integrative Holistic coaching sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. These 60-minute sessions are purchased in packages of 4. Hourly sessions outside of a package are also available at $275 per hour. | $1,000 |
| Couples / Families | Couples Coaching Package |
| Integrative Holistic coaching sessions for couples and families are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. These 60-minute sessions are purchased in packages of 4. Sessions are scheduled in mountain standard time. | $1,500 |
